In fact, we have based our success on truly helping our pet owners since we began in 1989, and have proudly operated here in Bangor, Sydney ever since. Our veterinarian is Dr Kay Pitkeathly. Kay graduated from Sydney University (BVSc) in 1980 and since then, has worked full time in companion animal practice. Kay keeps up to date through attendance at postgraduate conferences and seminars, and through ongoing education all around the world. Our nurses are all either fully trained or still completing their training, and they all attend ongoing education workshops and seminars.

Menai animal hospital has been looking after my pets for over 20 years. Not only are they very accurate in their diagnosis but are also always more than happy to help in any circumstance, anytime of the day or night! More importantly tho, they have some of the loveliest most professional & caring staff I've ever come across. Not only are they so great with animals but kids too! My 3 little ones love doing the "junior vet for a day" in the school holidays, they learn all sorts of things & have fun playing with kittens, dogs, birds, turtles & just have an absolute ball! I'd highly recommend Kay, Charmaine, Narelle & any of the friendly staff at Menai Animal Hospital to anybody.
